Viking Repair Woodinville, WA

About

One van, one valley, and a lot of Viking

We are a small independent shop working the Sammamish valley out of Woodinville. Not a call centre with a dispatch map — the person who answers the phone is the person who will be standing in your kitchen, and that is deliberate.

Viking builds professional-style equipment for domestic kitchens, which means commercial burner geometry, heavy cast grates and control systems that behave nothing like a mass-market appliance. Diagnosing one properly takes a manometer and a service manual, not a parts cannon.

So we quote after we look, never before. If the honest answer is that a twenty-year-old unit is not worth the sealed-system work, we will say so and you will owe us the $89 service call and nothing else.

How we work

Four rules we do not bend

  1. 01

Measure before you name a part

A manometer on the gas line, a meter on the element, gauges on the sealed system. Most of the expensive misdiagnoses we are called in behind were a guess made from a symptom, not a reading.

  2. 02

    One number, before anything opens

Flat $89 service call covering the visit and full diagnosis, credited against the repair once you approve it. Parts and labour are quoted as one figure before the work starts, and that figure does not move afterwards.

  3. 03

Say when it is not worth it

On a twenty-year-old unit needing sealed-system work, the honest answer is sometimes replacement. We will show you the arithmetic and charge you the $89 service call and nothing more.

  4. 04

Leave the cabinetry as we found it

Panel-ready and integrated installations get pulled and re-set carefully, doors re-aligned before we go. Nobody should be able to tell we were there apart from the appliance working.

Coverage

Where the van goes

Woodinville and the immediate valley, worked properly, rather than half of King County worked badly. If you are outside these four we will say so on the phone rather than book you and cancel.

Tell us what it is doing, not what you think is broken

Model number, what changed, and when. That is usually enough to narrow the fault before anyone is dispatched — and it keeps the visit short. Call the line or pick your own slot on the booking page.
